Rumano Solano 1999 Upright Double Bass (3/4 Size)

Description

This is a 3/4 size, gamba-cornered instrument made in Severna Park, Maryland, 1999. Top table is made of wide-grained spruce. The flatback, ribs, scroll, and neck are plainly-figured maple. Both top and back tables are made of two book-matched pieces. Varnish is the original red brown over amber ground, and is in good condition. The tuning machines, scroll, and neck are original. Ebony rockers & Realist pickup added in 1999. Comes with leather quiver & Kolstein soft case. Great sounding and looking bass. Non smoking household. Made in USA.
