wheels are factory blemished --
black spots and the back of the wheels have urethane impefections and does not effect performance and is not bad -- see last photos
the back of the wheels have rough spots but will not effect performance
one wheel has a larger black spot - see photo

shrink is not tight around the wheels - the shrink is loose where the wheels will move in the shrink
97a hardness- great for ramps , skatepark, and any smooth surface
