Antique Imperial Russian Porcelain Royal Easter Egg with the monogram of Tsarevich Alexei Romanov.
Fine antique and rare porcelain egg made by the Russian Imperial Porcelain Factory for Tsarevich Alexei Nikolaevich, son and heir of Tsar Nicholas II to give out to friends and family at Easter time, with his initials 'AN' in Cyrillic in gold on the egg surmounted by a crown, in very condition !!!

This kind of eggs was given personally by Saint Alexei to friends at Easter along with heartfelt wishes for the Risen Christ !!! this egg is blessed since it comes from the hands of a Saint.!!!
It is very difficult to find personal items which belonged to Saint tsarevich Alexei because he was murdered at the age of 14 years old along with his whole family.
These objects became even rarer after he was canonized by the Orthodox Church.
