California Blue License Plates Pair 1983

Description

I have a sweet set of blue plates that my Dad had in his garage, he was a car guy but I'm  pretty sure that these were issued to him back in the day. No clue to what car he had intended to put them on..he was big on personalized plates, so he may have had these just monted on the car for a short time. I really don't  know. There are silicone dots on the mounting top 2 holes of back plate.
